What to expect on a Stella Mundi retreat.
Generally participants enjoy a Day of Recollection focused, well-planned, and prayerful with a fair amount of free time. The day must be allowed to breathe, offering participants some well needed silence, and at the same time meaningful spiritual substance relevant to their lives.
Retreats and or day of recollections offer opportunities for reflection and time and space to relax and refresh one’s spirit, through prayer, and is a time set aside to go deeper into your relationship with God. It is a day where participants are allowed to breathe, offering some well needed silence, and at the same time meaningful spiritual substance relevant to their lives. A time where all of the faithful quietly reflect together on their spiritual journey.
Why Stella Mundi?
Depending on the topic presented the participant may ask the following:
What is God trying to tell me?
How does it apply to me?
What am I doing?
Why am I doing it; where is God in it all?
Where does God show up in my life?
What are my takeaways?
Am I fulfilling that call that God has given?
Agenda is determined by the topic.
Here is an example of a typical partial day.
I. Introduction

III. Spiritual Reading (10-15 minutes)
IV. Holy Rosary (20 minutes)
V. Examination of Conscience (5-10 minutes)
